CUSTOMER PROBLEM
Platinum Athletics relied on Instagram to generate leads, but their outdated e-commerce experience left customers confused. With no obvious answers or FAQ section, customers kept messaging the owner seeking clarity around Platinum’s offerings.
BUSINESS PROBLEM
Frequent inquiries were consuming valuable time for the owner, averaging up to an hour daily.
Being a high-end personal training business catering to an upper class clientele, the customer journey wasn’t aligning with the credibility of the services offered, creating a brand image misalignment.
SOLUTION
We gave Platinum a full brand refresh to create a smoother, more professional customer experience—from Instagram to checkout. After aligning on a vision and moodboard, we built out a new e-commerce site, custom PDF deliverables, and social templates, all designed to match the premium feel of their services and save the owner time.
ART DIRECTION
The goal was to strike a balance, bold and strong, but not overly intense. Think SoCal fitness mag meets premium sportswear. I built the look around high-contrast black and white, then brought in warmer imagery to soften the edges and keep it human. The vibe: confident, stylish, and rooted in well-being.
